Long-Distance Customer Relations

Problem: Our friend/customer Will wanted to have a beer with the Ninjas, but he lives in Nashville.

Solution: Buy a 6-pack, take one for yourself, and send us the resulting 5-pack.  

The black belt level touch on this is sending a local Nashville beer from Yazoo Brewery that a few of us love but can't get when we're in NYC.
