Sr. Software Engineer / Tech Lead
Bonobos is looking for an experienced software engineer to help us build the best online shopping experience in the world.
We're the fastest-growing integrated online apparel company ever, and we've outgrown our current platform without an internal technology team to build what's next. We're itching to build some awesome stuff and lead the e-commerce industry into its next generation, and we need your help.
As the senior developer on our new technology team, you'll be working closely with our Director of Technology, Director of Customer Experience and Product Lead to plan, design and build the infrastructure that powers the most fluid retail user experience the web has ever seen. This is a lofty but attainable goal, and we need a software engineer that has the vision and passion to help us get started. We’re well-funded and committed to building world-class product and engineering teams, and we'll be relying on you to help us get there.
You…
- Are a beast in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, SOA
- Can fake it till you make it in HTML/CSS
- Want to have a strong hand in shaping our long-term engineering roadmap
- Want to be involved in strategy and design as well as coding
- Are comfortable working in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment
- Have worked directly with designers to push frequent product iterations
We…
- Value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy— often over career experience
- Work hard because we love what we’re doing, but also highly value personal downtime
- Will back up our talk with a competitive compensation and benefits package, challenging projects, random acts of team-wide fun and awesome coworkers
- Are happy to cover relocation costs, if necessary
- Are excited to hear from you
